Customer journey is bad and this branch’s vibe give us(me and GF) a very toxic environment. Everyone seems complaining over the phone and over the conversation.
I would like to enquire more on their current package and understand my hair, scalp. But on my first step into this branch, the experience was very bad, without a proper greet, and straight ask me how I would like to pay.
I did explain I would like to understand what’s the package about and perhaps a diagnostic on our hair first. We were clueless what’s the package about and clueless on our hair condition.
Next up, they even ask one of us to lepak in the mall while waiting the other for 2 hours.
Lastly still not giving back our IC when we told them we don’t feel conformable and request for cancellation.

They are very professional, they gave me very detailed explanations and very precise scalp treatments, especially my consultant Ms. Bella & Pui Ling.
All the staff are supportive, friendly and provided very good service.
I can see my hair reduce fall, scalp oil is also very well controlled and quite a lot baby hair growth.
I am satisfied with the result. Really thanks for helping me to solve my scalp problem.
Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Uncomfortable with the environment. Hard sell. Never tell things in detail until something happen. Keep asking me to sign more packages. My consultant name is san and I don't think she did a good job as a consultant. Unprofessional. Don't recommend coming here. Never considerate about how customers feel. She just wants to take my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very sad and a bit disappointed for their upselling and pushing me for subscribe another package which I almost invest in it almost 3k and upselling more, last 2 month I have great experience which all good but sudden yesterday I keep been pushing and I also need to tell them all my personal financial problems also they try to persuade me oh my god. I really sad 100%, I tend to enjoy the treatment supposly but after the situation they turn me like I am a criminal by not taking the package. Oh my. I know everyone struggle same with the consultant trying to getting a sales but you make your customers like a criminal and went you enter the store, all the consultant will watch you with unpleasant facial expressions and look down for you. Seriously guys if I can go back in time , I will never ever choose YUN NAM ever in my life. Sincere and softer reminder for the future customer, if you do not have any money or sturrgle do not ever come here .
