β β β β β Asked for sizing for a Tuxedo and the lady did an inaccurate and lazy job. For one she said my waist is 36", but I'm only a size 32". She never measured my inseam and my collar size is way off too. If you need to be sized go somewhere trustworthy.

β β β β β Very bad service. Brought my gown to One Utama branch for padding removal on 7 June 2019 at that time the agreed price is RM25. Collection date on 16 June 2019. So I went to collect it today (16 June 2019) and found out that the gown was not ready and the tailor asked to wait for an hour or 2 and I'm OK with it that. After an hour, the tailored called and the gown is ready to collect and there is an additional charge of RM20 for the extra work needed to removed the padding. I felt that this is unethical and they should consult me before alteration!
I would definitely NOT recommend them for your alteration at One Utama branch!

Nothing Perfect on Google
β β β β β Never ask the malay guy to alter clothes. He dont follow instructions and did a terrible job. He will decide how much to shorten and not follow your instruction. Terrible cus service by all the employees there too.
