★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really, not worth your pennies. I know its a service apartment, so probably each unit are different from another. I booked via booking.com on a unit called Susie VIP Suites on 23rd Dec 2021. Paid RM 490+, probably due to last minutes booking and its near to the holiday season.
Location/The place itself
Its located at Batu Feringgi. Might be a great walk to go to the nearest beach, but really not advisable for trip with little kids. You have to cross a road to get there.
I dont know for how long they've been operating the cashless parking (which is good, I love cashless transaction), but it so not user friendly. Its only allows Touch n Go payment, and the minimum balance have to be RM20, else you won't be able to enter. urh.., like, if you plan to make it cashless, can't you accept other payment like debit/credit card, master, visa etc. The nearest place to topup the Touch n Go is at 7E, one straight way for about 10 minutes by car.
Amenities
Suck. Limited parking. Pool closed(I understand its the SOP during covid, but at least get your fact right and put it in your site ). Wifi not provided. The agent? said that there's no wifi as we only staying for 1 night. ?
Room
Worst. Smelly bathroom. Broken bathroom door, dirty sofa and bed. No safety lock at the window and sliding door to the balcony. Not safe if you're traveling with kids.
Overall experience, one of the worst place we've been, considering the price and the title VIP Suite. Wont repeat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are not maintained at all in the sense of cleanliness and even there is no water. The pictures in booking.com was different then how I seen it directly in the apartment. Overall it was a worst experience for me and bunch of my friends. Better go straight away and check before plan to stay. Thank you ✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience, we wrongly choose this worst resort, not recommended at all, toilets very smelly, blankets and towels oh god too smelly, water boiler karat. Very expensive and the rooms not value for money, parking too expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaners were still cleaning when we checked in at 3pm. We were asked to deposit rm 200 b4 check-in for damages which could have been done earlier/informed earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment here is clean, very basic but comfortable, however the parking area is chargeable but cheap. At the time of our stay here the pool is close, walking pass the pool towards the main entrance and across the road is the beach.
Food courts are only 2 mins away, nite view is nice and very windy if one sat at the balcony.. the front door entrance facing the hills is so welcoming , so full of green..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad. Got pool but idk dirty or not. Parking is charged so make sure you have min rm20 in your tng. My room was okay but one of the airconds wasnt function well. Got washing machine, stove, fridge and tv. Balcony with nice sea view. 3 rooms but one of the rooms was locked. The ambience was quite creepy at night ngl? overall okay la for rm114 per night tapi towel eyek berbau sikit???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a nice view and is very close to the beach (less than 5 minutes). Has several restaurants nearby too. The place is clean and amicable. Please note that the parking can only be paid with touchngo (with minimum balance of RM20) so make sure to topup your touchngo card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably due to the holiday season, parking can be quite difficult. Location is across from Shangri-la Sri Sayang Resort and quite close by to the night street market location but have to walk for about 5-10mins to get there or to McDonald's even. The vending machines at lobby were not replenished for the 3 days we were there. The furniture in the room were a bit old, that some probably need to be replaced. Have a good view of the sea if getting the rooms with the sea view. Spacious balcony to enjoy the wind and the view.
There's the swimming pool which i believe need to have a better way to upkeep and should insist the people who use it to wear proper swimming attire for hygienic purpose.
Overall it was ok to stay, the staff were all very helpful. The security guard was good to look after all the luggages upon checking in. Rooms are ok but as mentioned, may need some upgrades or replacement of some old furnitures and also the bath tub in the main bathroom.
