★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially me and my mum was just walking around midvalley and decided to ask around at this shop. Githa (i hope i spelled your name correctly) was helpful entertaining questions from me and my mum. Personally i was impressed with her explanation and felt that mum should try to replace her current glasses. Githa went out of her way to make sure mum and myself fully understand the whole process of performing the eye test. With the excellent customer service, my mum decided to do her new glasses here. Weeks later, my mum has been complaining about her new glasses and Githa again came to the rescue to loosen/tighten up her glasses.
Several weeks later, I decided to get my first glasses from here and so far so good!
Keep up the good work Githa! I am pretty sure current customers will spread the word about the awesome customer service from this shop.

They have very good knowledge about the suitable frames and lens selection as well they do give good advise for eye health. The price is affordable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best optical store I’ve been to after having specs for 20 years, with really helpful and friendly staffs paying attention to details. The specs I customized from the shop is so comfy and the lens fits better to my eyes’ conditions compared to other Zeiss lens I had before. The after service is great too, as they helped to re-adjust/align my glasses after I sat on it. Definitely going to recommend my friends and family to have their glasses here.
