★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the famous Ulu Yam noodle are sold here. The black vinegar loh mee is good. The bitter guard pork noodle is good. The shang yee mee is also good. And the best is the Yam noodle. The source is rich with yam and u can find the yam cube in it. Most important ingredient, the lard cube is generously found in all the noodle above. This is inportant to bring up the noodle taste to another level. Highly recommended and the price is also value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is friendly and courteous. He also remembers you despite not going often enough! Every time i stop by, I'll have Ulu Yam Yam noodles. When in a town with yam name, one eats yam noodles. The broth is rich and flavourful. Their noodles used is apparently homemade. Springy and goes very well with the broth. Very generous with the meat toppings as well. Copious amounts of yam in the broth too. A small bowl can usually fill up one and a half pax!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All noodles are delicious, yam noodle, loh mee and pork noodle. I like the loh mee most. Kopi ice also very good. The boss is friendly. Waiting time at least one hour during peak at 9am.

The homemade noodles is fantastic.
Located at the heart of the Kg Baru Ulu Yam, facing the busy main road. There is a open air parking next to the restaurant.
Try to avoid weekend or public holidays, otherwise must be prepared for the long long queue.
