I was so surprised that they pack my handbag into such a nice hardcard gift box with nice ribbon after cleaning upon expecting my arrival for collection.
Non of my previous experince are like that with other handbag cleaning shop. They will just pack my handbag into the non woven bag after cleaning and return to me just like that.
I must say I am very willing to give more than 5 star service and 10 star professionalism. They deserved it.
The bag is so nice smell, nice looking packaging, and handbag was so clean. I like it very much.
