★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entry guards and terrible registration system leaves much to be desired. Many visitors are left flabbergasted at the inefficiency and dreadfully slow registration by guards who are really ineffective in their jobs. It's common to see a long queue and quarrels at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grocery shopping time. That once a week, load the cart to groaning levels because who the heck has time during the work week. The Village Grocer here carries a few more items compared to the outlet at Atria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for Tropicana residents. They have almost everything here from F&B to supermarket Village Grocer to pharmacy. However no banks or post office. Enough to serve the basic necessities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave 1 star for the horrendous parking space and toilet facilities in this building. Please NEVER drive any car bigger than MyVI into this building unless you have the ability to shrink your car when you come out from the parking lot or if you have spare money to fix the scratches on the car. Really tight space in the parking lot and toilet is so dim and looks like a haunted house. It's obvious that many cars have been "sacrificed" here from the marks on the walls. To save you the stress and money, please either just grab here or pay rm8 for the ground floor valet parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is excellent. The facilities are well-built with low density occupancy. The view from my level 35 is just stunning overlooking the Titiwangsa mountain range. There are ample eateries beneath the tower including 24/7 convenience store. Easy access to major highways as it is located beside PLUS Highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking was awefullllll! I’ve never ever experienced such a badly designed parking lot. Never ever park here.
Any car bigger than a myvi, there is no way you can get out of the parking lot without a scratch. I am proud that I manage to get out with only a small scratch - and it took me so long to get out. There really is no way to get out without battle scars. It’s cheaper to park on the road and get a police fine.
Absolutely terrible!!
