★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nandos have many branches yet Avenue K is my favourite. I have no idea but the taste of chicken here better than any other branches. For the friendly staffs give better experience of this branch! Well done team Nandos Avenue K!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wish that Nandos Avenue K would pass my thanks for their waitresses. On the first day of Eid I went there to have my lunch with my baby. And I have noticed such a caring staff who offered their assistance to take care of my baby, so I could eat. Even though I didn’t agree for that, but their intention to help was so kind. They don’t have to do that, but they were extremely awesome and kind and helpful ladies. I don’t know their names, but I really want to thank them and May Allah bless u girls ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse customer service in all nando's branch in Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately the staff are totally unprofessional. They don't respect the customer who is paying for his meals.
They need Customer Service classes not bring your home problem. Also they find part is after waiting 45min they told me the chicken finish and i have to wait anther 20-25min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Nando’s I ever. First, I went in during Ramadan booking and the staff told me it’s fully booked. After few days, I tried to book a table through call and they say have to come to the restaurant. When I came in to the restaurant to booked a table, they told me it’s fully booked. Third attempt, today, on the the 3rd day of Raya. The crowd is not there, nobody is assisting me to the table. I went in and I saw one lady at the cashier eating. When she saw us almost want to sit on the chair, she came to us and said we have to wait 40 minutes for the chicken.
Come on Nando’s Malaysia! Your staff have to be well trained. It is very unprofessional to not have a chicken ready when ur main food is chicken! I’m super disappointed with the staff efficiency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience ever! Guests waiting outside no people serve. When walked in and seated, nobody told us to scan and order. After order sent, there was no clear message telling us need to pay first to confirm order. Ending up wasting time sitting.
Lady staff attitude is worst ever! The one serving and the one cooking inside.
After waited 40 minutes, no glass is served to get my beverage. When I check over counter, lady staff answered rudely if you want to refund, we have no problem in a threatening tone.

We are so disappointed and UPSET
for BAD SERVICE by Supervisor name Farrah . When we reached the restaurant no staff to serve us .
During the payment , we have double order but haven’t pay yet , she say the BILL CANT BE CANCELED , we need to pay . Then I ask again “why, there is no staff here to serve us “,
She said “if you don’t know you should come over to the counter and ask us!” WHAT??? It’s not a classroom duh! the cashier really demonstrated a very bad service. Bad attitude too. The table surface was dirty n sticky too.
Wondering how the restaurant can get A grade. Should reinspect again please!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always choose Nando's Avenue K over Nando's KLCC for two reasons: Firstly, less crowd. For some reason, there's always a queue at Suria KLCC. Secondly, its more spacious, with a higher ceiling. Definitely makes for more comfortable dining. Other than that, its your typical Nando's outlet with unique decoration, and consistent taste. Check out their new plates with a splash of colour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken has become progressively smaller. This is RM27 for such a small piece of chicken and so many wedges which are comparably way cheaper to cook. It used to be bigger. It tastes fine as usual but they need to stop stealing our money.
Additionally they only accept card and online payment now. Do not waste your time coming here with cash.
