★ ★ ★ ★ ★ placed an order on foodpanda and the status was “restaurant is preparing your order” for over an hour. the standard delivery time written there was 45min to arrive to my house. what‘s worse, they updated the status after an hour to “preparing your order 40-50mins”! why does it take two hours to complete one small order? utterly disappointed with hot and roll service, called multiple times as well but customer service was below par and redirected me to foodpanda when it’s not even rider‘s fault because my food isn’t even ready!
ordered from hot and roll paradigm mall that requested me to wait over 2 hours for my order when I chose “deliver now”. very upset and would never order from here again
