CDM always out of service everytime i want to use..need to go to others branch which is very far and wasting time..supposed to have atleast 2unit..please take an example from other bank please..

Service was really bad. For instant I am submitting house fire insurance for bank record at Bayan Baru Branch, but end up the bank ask me to go home & do it yourself online. Is the bank staff suppose carry out their duty? What to be done is just acknowledge receipt will do! Just imagine to ask a senior citizen to login to up load by themselves. Anyway credit given to Affin Macalister Branch where they received with no trouble!

Not worth for any star lah...worst service very very slow,and staff not attend well..no wonder affin bank worse choice,please take action for this branch,a lot of complaining but nothing? Pr we need to complain to BNM tell them this bank slow service and not tele with waiting ticket. Worst ever!!!

The worst n slowest bank that I go too in my life. Take 2 hours for a simple transaction... Waiting time 1:45 hours. 15 mins to finish my simple transaction. This bank have no KPI. Staff working like snail. 05 Feb 2021, notice that the bank change hours from 10am to 3pm. The bank did not update anything on the website. Now 9:10am all the staff are without wearing mask during pandamic was talking and laughing and not even start to work. Very poor attitude...

Always long quequ caused by the slow motion of the staffs. Things can be settle in 5 minutes but they takes 30 minutes to settle. I tried to call online customer service but always nobody answer. Please improve your customer service and add more lines if your branch can't compete the simple task quickly.

Very slow service in my personal opinion. The staff doesn't seem to be working at a faster pace but taking their own sweet time to complete the task.
