★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had their dim sum, and they are pretty good. Portions are generous as well. The only thing I didn't like was their Cheong Fun with some fried things in the middle - it was too greasy for me. Their tea is nice. Service is good.
Recommended.

They should not make customers sit at the outside verandah where it is poorly ventilated and tables are small when other tables in the dining hall are not occupied. I saw them remove the reserved sign for selective 2 pax customers which I now question if these were really reserved. Most tables were unoccupied when I left 45 min later. I also encountered rude service when I enquired about an order which took too long to be served and requested for order to be cancelled as the uncomfortable environment, long wait between food and rude service really spoiled my appetite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deceny food quality but poor service. As a big f&b group, i noticed there's so many comments about your poor service for 2 years and yet it's still happening. Rude manners from most of the service staffs. Recommend you change all the staffs there if you want to continue doing business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a fans of oriental group but they disappointed me today. Ordered a fish porridge and waited for 35 minutes, followed up.with the waitress a few times, I'm not sure she is captain head or normal waitress , she asked me to wait and said it's cooking. Then I patiently waited there and went back, the waitress told me they overcooked my porridge and got the overcooked smell , and asked me whether still want my porridge, such a smart question, I politely answered of course I won't take, who would pay for overcooked porridge, she didn't even apologise and offered other food in return as an act of apology, she asked me whether want to change to other food, or cancel my food, I said not need, I'm shocked that this reputable restaurant considered that this is normal without saying sorry to me , she answered like not their fault , I swear I won't spend a single cent on this restaurant anymore and they are banned from my list. You refunded me but won't earn back my money and trust anymore.

The Claypot Loh Shu Fun is good. 1 pot enough for 2-3 person.
Crispy Soft Shell Crab topped with Garlic Fried Rice is good too. Also good for 2-3 person.
Dim Sum also very yummy.
Their food is not too salty which is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese waitress forced us to her suggestion for a dumpling. It’s too salty and not worth it RM57++. Service from the foreign waiters are good but the Chinese Waitress terrible. Won’t go again. Bye!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer services! The waiter and waitress are so good services! The dimsum are superb fresh and nice. Highly recommend their fried “lor bak ko”, siew mai, har kao, steam fish ball and steam pork ribs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a quick dimsum lunch here. The food was really really sub par. Not what I would expect from a restaurant from the Oriental group and I love the other restaurants. I am even their member. So I know their standard quite well.
Egg tarts are dry. Deep fried prawn dumplings are salty and overcooked. There are no BBQ pork or prawn cheung fun on the menu. Only the one with the fried fritters. That wasn’t good too. Just a mouthful of oil. Quite yucky.
The phoenix claws were pathetic. The chicken feet were so small and they were all broken up and so dry. The taste is off as well.
The only decent dimsum was the siew mai.
