★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you buy your tickets online, it will be RM10 only but they wouldn't tell you this to charge you an extra RM2 at the counter. The lady even lied to me when I asked her about online booking before buying the tickets and said it would be the same RM12 and RM10 is only from the airport to the city. Of course, it turned out that she was lying after I checked the website. She obviously doesn't know lying is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever bus company services, particularly pointing at staff services. Because each of them are super snobbish and arrogant, they shout, they yell, they treat every passengers on the bus like rubbish, not knowing the meaning of customer service. Unfortunately this is the only bus service that go from KL Sentral to KLIA (update me if I’m wrong, I’m eager to know an alternative bus service) Conclusion: dont even bother to take the bus, it will ruin your travel experience.
