The nasi ulam was so good. They are not hotly cooked, as it mention in the menu room temperature, and the chrysanthemum tea with goji is my fav. The price for me is medium.

New restaurant in TTDI that serves nyonya / peranakan food. Went in a group of 3 and tried their nasi ulam, asam pedas fish, telur belanda, sotong, ayam goreng kampung and kerabu pucuk paku. The nasi ulam, kerabu pucuk paku and telur belanda were the best! The taste was very unique and flavorful. Price was a bit more on the high side to be compared with the size of the dishes. But the food was good so it was kind of justifiable. Tips: 1. some of the dishes are not similar to the normal peranakan dishes we are used to. So if you are adventurous try the dishes with an open mind! For example, the asam pedas fish was different from what we expected (they have used tumeric in it so it was not spicy and sour). #localguide 2. If you are looking for the washroom, they share it with the shop next door (Secret Recipe). So don’t be surprised when you have to go through a door to get to the washroom

A very new restaurant that has taken over the former vegan restaurant situated here. We had the Tamarind prawns, Thai taufu, pucuk paku. The prawns was fresh and it tasted good although the mrs thought it was a tad sweet. We liked the Thai taufu. And the pucuk paku was good. For dessert I ordered the sago gula melaka which was ok. Service was good although being only 10 days old they were a little disorganised but that should straighten itself out soon enough. I would like to return to try their other dishes. 31 March '18 - we returned for the mee Siam and the mee goreng mamak. The latter was good. Very tasty, complete with 3 prawns. The former was poor. In fact it was more of a mee hoon goreng. Which is surprising as the mee Siam is a baba speciality. I quite liked the Sup Ekor with its potatoes and tender chunks of meat. The cendol was no good. It was just sweet. Nothing else. I could count the red beans and the strips of cendol. The bill was rm70.00. 29 April '18 - We returned to try the tom yum seafood, sweet potato leaves with garlic, assam fish, stir fry mixed veg and Thai tofu and we were happy. The clear tom yum was good. Packed with seafood (mussel, fresh shrimp, squid, veg etc) the soup was deliciously sour. The assam fish was good - the assam gravy mixed in the rice, topped with tom yum was bursting with flavour. The Thai tofu is among my favourites. The sweet sour tofu just complements everything. The veg was there!!! (Well compared to everything else the veg was sorta bland). Good meal. Service was fast. Just that some of the younger wait staff need a little more training. But its still okay. Bill came to rm120.00.

All their food that I have tried so far is superb! I have tried thei nasi ulam varieties, laksa and char kuey teow (no laksa picture, gobbled it up). Not disappointed. Except probably the belacan could be improved. I have been repeating my order multiple times from this store. 100/10. 10 stars P/S : If you're wondering if the laksa's worth it, stop wondering. It is!
