★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I just wanna settle my loan payment but they are making it hard for customers to do so. What's worse is that they never pick up calls, which makes us customers getting a hard time to deal with them cuz they're making us had to come to the branch. Overall it's a bad experience for me so please improve it. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service and moody staff , i just want to pay fee for visa they make it complicated. and they ask me to search for printer to print a page .even all the shops outside are closed, there is no good customer services. the way of talk to customers so bad with local and non local people.
