β β β β β Walked in to this branch today 24th April at 11.28am. Everything was quite good but a staff that was assisting me in counter no.4. I guess her name would be Natrah if Iβm not mistaken. Sheβs not helpful at all and donβt have the profession to handle the customers. Her reply was not in a polite way whereby she donβt even listen to my questions at first. I wonder how elderly people would feel or understand if this same situation happen to them. Please Ms , have some courtesy to solve customers issue in more professional way as this is your job. You like it or not , do it in a polite way.

β β β β β Priority service for senior citizen while collecting BSH (BR1M). Staff will bring the doc needed to sign to the car or the waiting seat if the withdrawer having difficulty to walk. Thumbs up and never see this from other bank. Queue is not long hence is very fast. Friendly staff too.

β β β β β I came here this morning οΌwithin a few minutes waiting , I was attended by counter 1 , the counter gentleman is so helpfull and polite, He even show me how to use the ATM CARD , I really aporeciate his service , Thank you so much.
