β β β β β Close door exactly at 3pm on Friday. Eventhough operating hour is 4pm. I was right at the front door at 3.02pm because i had to withdraw money from their atm machine to open an account at their bank. Nak bukak akaun kena melutut.

Same thing can be done in less than 15 minutes while this branch is just here to waste everyone's time.
Might as well just close this branch.

β β β β β Don't ever come to this bank. The appointment system is practically useless. They don't follow and suka hati let you in. Book, came 10 mins earlier and wait for another 2 hours. The security guards are not polite as well. Treat customers badly.

β β β β β On 9.2.22 I walked in to ur branch and arrived on 3.57pm to withdraw money from my asb account. But the front desk staff not allowed to go to the counter anymore since the asb counter already closed. I went there before but always have a long que and I canβt wait until that day I tried my best to come but they cantβt attend me due counter is CLOSED even not yet 4PM! Really disappointed every time to withdraw money from asb the bank staff will treat you like a βbeggarβ! If you ask to open an asb account then they can stay even until night!
