★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet place with easy access to Lekas Highway. Coming soon MRT station is only 10mins away by car. Nearby supermarkets such as Tesco and Giant with many shops in walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo is developed by TLS Group. In my opinion, the unit's design of the condo is focused more to family as primary space is allocated in the living room rather than rooms, encouraging resident to spend their time out from the room. The only disadvantage currently is the on going project Oasis phrase 2 which will cause the dust from the construction process hovering to the condo, so remain the window close to avoid dust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's true on all the nice things reviewed by others. If you consider staying here, here's something else u need to know:
1. Parking is far and have to use stairs. No ramp for trolley or wheelchair
2. For courier or delivery you have go down to the lobby to take it or escort the deliveryman yourself to your door if it's heavy. Tesco delivery included
3. Domestic trash have to be disposed off in the few trashbins located at carpark area. Trash room on every floor is sealed by the management
4. Parkings are aplenty around the condo compound and always empty collecting dust n debris but u can't park or use it. Your car will be clamped and fine is RM100
5. Surau is locked all the time. To use it have to ask for keys from security post which is far from the surau

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ameera Residence is a perfect place for living. Equipped with playground, swimming pool, gymnasium and hall, you can spend a lot of time at home happily. Every unit is given 2 car park lot. Other than that, you'll love breath taking view outside your window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the club house, swimming pool, friendly guard, nearly full surau and the simple way you can enter and exit the place even if you are a visitor. I was there for a kenduri at the clubhouse and everything is within reach
