 Elegant Residences Luxe is great .. spacious room .. complete .. bathroom too .. no view of clocks .. covered roof and security .. nice kids, parents pn .. nice ..

Great if you are just staying casually via airbnb/booking.
NIGHTMARE if you are residents. Walls/roofs are beyond thin, you can hear every noise coming from your upstairs neighbours. I hear every footstep, every trinket that falls onto the ground (perhaps something plugged into the socket can also be heard), furniture being moved creates a HUGE screech.
Most of the units here are sublet and often people party over the weekend and create lots of noise. Management/guard seems powerless.
Root problem is just lousy materials used by developer to build thin walls/roof.

โ โ โ โ โ Spotlessly squeaky clean. Ironed bedsheets, pillow cases and mattress cover. Superb direction. Very attentive to our requests. Fast internet with Netflix etc. Full kitchen appliances. Spacious. Amazing view from the rooftop. Full facilities in the gym. Working sauna but the pool is closed because of Covid. Even the chute for the bin is interesting/hygienic. Nice lobby. Plenty of restaurants and hawkers literally just outside and Lulu Hypermarket is only 5mins walking distance! Tq Mr F
