★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is different. Dr. Walter is courteous and kind. He is the only Vet doctor for my pets. He always tries his best when I bring my dogs to him. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience and rude. Call to ask how much for vaccine and other guy (not sure whether doctor or receptionist) told me, people always ask for price and he didnt tell the price and just hang up.. Very rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a injured street dog to this clinic, the doctor initially told us that the fees were RM350.00, but later increased them to RM400.00. The doctor requested that we pay by internet transfer, but I was unable to do so due to my phone's battery dying, and he refused to accept my credit card because his clinic did not have a credit card machine. Initially, the staff said that credit card payment was okay, but the doctor was concerned that we would not be able to pay his medical expenses, and he talked in rude manner. Finally, we had to go to the bank to withdraw cash to pay the bills. It's been a dreadful experience, and I can't believe such a large facility still doesn't have a credit card system in place.
