★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no customers which means fast service. i dont really know how to rate for the charges but the service was not that bad. they will not help if anything happens for example, maybe you got a scared pet that is jumpy and you need to take your purse out to pay but your hands are full with your pet, they wont help. at all. my cat had conjunctivity on one side of her eye so they gave her an antibiotic shot and meds and eye drop. charged me rm80. i think it is costly. but idk maybe not?

I asked if my dog could stay overnight after the operation for monitoring. I was denied.
My dog went home, operation wound broke down the night itself, bled and intestines came out. My dog died on the second day.
It was a devastating experience to myself and my family. I have lost my dog of 8 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb, experience and very professional doctor. He saved my cat's life..!!! I'll never forget Dr Walter ever and will sure recommend him to other pet lover friends of mine. My cat was vomiting blood. He vomited worst after I brought him to another vet clinic. My colleague had introduced me to Dr Walter's clinic. During that time my cat was already very very weak. Thought I will be losing him. With full professionalism Dr Walter had treated my cat. Till date my cat is back be active as he used to be. Thank you so very much Dr Walter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the Vet Dr at this Clinic. Established more than 30 years ago on the slogan "We promise honest, professional service". The only way any dog owner or cat owner will know we are good is by making at least 1 visit. Negative comments can be posted by other Clinics to have a competitive advantage. We do not see ourselves as being in business but rather that we are just doing what we love doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Walter is a very experience doctor. He is the most accountable veterinarian I have ever met. I have been through multiple vets around Kepong and further but as my experience none of them have the experience as Dr Walter. He has safe my dog life mutiple times. Without him I don’t know who can I still seek for anymore.
