Food was good. I had banana leaf set. Asked for the dried salty chilli but was not available. Fish was not too fresh. Mutton curry nothing to shout about as from other reviews. Fried checken was good and freshly fried. Generous portions of papadam. The vegetable portions that came with the set was excellent! Ice tea was bland. Service a bit slow.

The thing about coming here at night is, food is not fresh. Ordered chicken varuval, not fresh, perhaps from afternoon. Ordered roti canai, not freshly made, might be hours ago. Teh halia was ok.

Everyone wants to appreciate food, but why not make it fun? (pun intended). Comments should not always be lovable and adorable, right? So, if you are someone who speaks fluent sarcasm, these comments are going to be a lifesaver for you. They are funny, witty, and full of sarcasm. There may be times when you haven’t had a good experience visiting a place your friend has been to recently. You might not have liked the food or the service, which resulted in a bad experience. So, whenever you feel creative about comments on social media, you know where to go..!

Taken some of the dishes with rice for lunch. Freshly cooked. Crispy bitter gourd. Thick dhall, wide variety of curries and vegetables to choose from. The dishes tasted good. Limited seating as it is a small indian eatery located at hidden area. Price is slightly expensive. Teh Ais is bit diluted but tasted okay.

Quality of food and service is as good as what I have tasted decades before. Marination of its fried fish is fresh, fragrant and peppery if not better than Mathai's at Brickfields. The specially cooked prawn curry and fish head curry was exceptional. And their ginger tea is an absolute must after a hearty meal. Thanks to Lingam and Rajesh....

If you're looking for a hearty Indian meal in Bangsar, then drop by this joint. This time around I got a vegetarian meal, with fresh crunchy bean sprouts, vege chicken masala, vege fish sambal, vegetarian cutlet, and rice smothered in thick onion curry and daal, finishing it off with crispy fried bitter gourd. Their non-veg variety is equally tantalising, not forgetting their banana leaf rice set They serve some amazing breakfast (vege nasi lemak with vege fish sambal, roti canai, vadai are some of my favourites) Hygiene is a concern here, but food is very good.

Had banana leaf rice. Indian rice was nice and grainy. Veggies were alright but nothing too great. Curries however were incredible. Chicken varuval was average. All in all the banana leaf was above average. Price is slightly high but expected for Bangsar standards. Service was good although the shop was crowded.

We had the roti banjir with sambal and teh halia kurang manis. The roti was good that it was freshly made (lucky us). It was piping hot and the sambal wasn't too spicy which is good for my HK friend. Teh halia kurang manis is like what we wanted, less sweet. Some places' kurang manis is still sweet. Parking is easy.
