★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is quite good place to live in ara damansara Selangor Malaysia, as there is high security with latest technology develop for coming in and out of the the township. This place you can find different category of flats, bunglaw, and penthouse. The best part of here is that parking is well organized and eco culture here is very safe and sound. It also has garden for children and pool side view, gym, cafeteria and BBQ zone. Any one with family or friend will like this place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, it's not perfect. Build quality much to be desired and many issues with parking bays among others. But still, covering 15 acres threaded through with walking paths, it's low density nature makes it a unique green haven, especially for matured families and retirees.
Wish there could be some commercial conveniences nearby though

The facilities including an amazing swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis and squash courts, children's playground, nursery, gymnasium, retail outlets and MPH halls. It also has a 1.5km shaded walking / jogging path which surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
The place is safe and secured with security guards on shift at all times.
Certainly one of the best homes ever built in the entire Klang Valley.
