★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planning to buy one after compare most of the condo at that area. Verse consider the value buy property. But Heard that there is a Feces Pond near by and when rains come, the residents will smell the "scent" how bad is that? Any residents able to give some comment on this?

Overall pretty good and quite impressed by the facilities in the common area but the developer did not do a good job in cleaning up the common areas properly because I still saw wall stains and rubbish in many areas. My unit is ok but the amount of defects are longer than expected. Now I need to submit the defect list asap and hope the developer can fix them in within 4 weeks. With a further 6 weeks required for reno, hope to move in before Christmas :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and great location. Management is superb, guard is very friendly and good. Workmanship is by luck though, but they are very swift in rectifying problems. And a lot of upper class residents here with very expensive supercars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice condo to live in; spacious and airy units. The open space and japanese garden concept made the place feels more ‘zen’. Multipurpose halls are well maintained - we even organised a wedding reception for about 400 pax there!
Only downside is visitor parking is limited.
