The manager is very rude. We are waiting for our room since 12pm until now 4.30pm still not ready. When we are trying to talk to the manager, Denise. He just asked to wait another 45mins. We have baby. And its not convenient at all for us to wait that long. They just left us waiting lobby. No sorry, no nothing. Not even kind gesture.

The reason why i pick Ascott KL was because of the good brand name. But Ascott KL was a true disappointment. If you can't even keep the room water clean, how do you get all the 5star reviews. That's the basic. We get a suite because we wanna enjoy the bathtub. The water is bronze in colour with dirt stain. Service staff came and informed us to run the hot water for 15mins because the room might not had guest for quite awhile. Have it running for for more than 15mins, it does get better but guest like us will not use the tub anymore. The entire is fill with bronze stain and its dirty. We even had to run the water at the sink area. Till u could see the rust stain around the sink. This is disgusting and disappointing for a brand name like that. When we request for mineral water from the service line, we were told to drink from their still water provided and there are no mineral in the hotel. Gosh!!! Is this really happening with your brand name Ascott. How would i still trust to drink the still water provided from the tap. I'll never recommended anyone to stay at this hotel. Forget about the cleaniness or space they had. Water is the basic for every hotel. When your customer had to shower in dirty water without even maintenance before we arrived was such a shame. Don't even had mineral water on standby for your customers in any manner does not sound right. Mr CEO, u should come and visit your unit. Shower with your own dirty water and maybe you will understand how your customers feel.

Breakfast was a prepacked food, not tasty at all. Bolognese was salty, cheap chicken nuggets given, and awful seafood ball cooked in ? Curry sauce..who the hell cook meatball in curry sauce. I wasnt given the opportunity to choose breakfast menu nor was told about unavailability of buffet spread for breakfast. The worst hotel breakfast ever. Waited 2 hours for our room to get ready during check in..imagine with kids cranky coz it their sleep time. Last stayed > 15yrs ago..Todays Ascott is not the same Ascott. Go book MO or 4 season or hyatt. Avoid this place at all cost. Parking area is very tight, manouverable but if u taking vellfire/alphard, its a NIGHTMARE. Only good thing is spacious & clean room, & availability of pay per coffee starbucks machine at ground floor. Swimming pool was ok.

Ascott KLCC was the worst hotel I've been stayed in Malaysia. The front office staff were rude and not helpful at all. Also, the service very poor as the room wasnโ€™t that much clean. In addition, i advise people to check and review the prices in each invoice before any payment because the prices may not be correct on the invoice. Overall, i donโ€™t recommend this hotel especially for people from Arab gulf countries.

Our family of three stayed at the family suite for three nights. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel. Service was excellent and rooms & bathrooms were clean and well- maintained.

Unless you want to wait for 4 to 6 hours for your room, stay away from this hotel. We arrived at 4 pm and only received our room at 9 pm. There were tens of people facing the same problem and all that the staff could say was the rooms were not ready. It was pretty obvious they didn't have enough staff to clean the rooms but then why sell the rooms if they had this difficulty? It was also obvious that what we faced was not an exception but the rule. If not, why would the hotel provide plenty of seats OUTSIDE the lobby for people to wait? The lobby was full of people all waiting for their rooms for hours. Truely the worst hotel in KL

Room and location in general is good. Staff services depend on who you running into. Majority is good. Water conditions, however, is yellow and leaving clearly seen stain marks.

Good location, less traffic jam at this area. Clean and spaces room. Did not like the swimming pool but glad that they have a jacuzzi pool. One thing need to improve at the front desk, there is no queue system when check in and out. Overall it is a very nice and comfy hotel room?
