β β β β β New relocated center, upgraded and better environment - quieter & able to relax. Always like their signature touch facial & massage. Trustable because they uses safe methods and products like Dermalogica. My skin definitely improved significantly throughout these years doing facial here. ??Keep it up! They have affordable packages too. Ask the consultant. Use βmelissa ngβ as referral upon signing as a member.

β β β β β I made a 3 p.m appointment for a facial, my first time at this outlet (I have experienced other Aster Spring salons for several years).
I arrived 3 minutes late as I initially lost my way. I was given a seat and the consultation session begin to analyze my skin. From 3.03 p.m, I only entered the treatment room at 3.57 p.m. That is approximately 50 over minutes of consultation time which I think is too long. The advisor who attended to me wanted to know each and every skincare product in my routine, which I can appreciate, but I don't see much value in too detailed explaination when I came partly for relaxation.
Since I was wearing my watch the whole time, I constantly kept track of the duration. I was out of the trestment room, fully dressed by 5.24 p.m. I paid RM498 for a physical beauty treatment that lasted lesser than 1 hour 15 minutes.
I'm not sure if this is a standard practice for the salon brand, but because I have visited other outlets, this session felt a bit rushed to me. To add, I pay attention to a lot of details, like how my sunblock was applied at the final step before I felt like my moisturiser has set in. These are things I am able to compare from my past experiences.
That said, I think the whole session took too long in analysis, and too rushed in experience. Would I go back to Aster Spring? Yes, but definitely not this outlet.

β β β β β This is my second time at AsterSpring Signature Suria KLCC and fully satisfied with their services, treatments and professionalism. A bespoke variety of treatments offered to restore and revitalisation mature, tired, damaged, scarred, dull or dehydrated skin. You will be introduced to a skin consultant and a Q&A form will be given where you will be asked about yourself, lifestyle and expectations. Jessica, the consultant will analyse your skin type based on what you have written on the form and will recommend the best packages and treatments. You will then be given a refreshing water (cucumber, lemon and mint infused) before proceeding to your treatment room. A therapist will escort you to your room and a treatment will start based on their recommendation. You will be getting a neck, shoulder and hand message before your treatment starts and after. Usually treatment will be between an hour or two depending on the kind of treatment you choose. Once you have finished, you will be given a hot herbal tea with some biscuits before going through on your next appointment date and so forth. A pleasant and relaxing experience plus it makes you glow instantly. Canβt wait for my next visit!
