★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today come here to check my teeth. Cos the Setapak clinic still in renovation (a more than 6month)...arrive around 8.10am...wait half hour just get the register. Wait for the doc. call...facility here still the same science my wife come visit when she was 18. 20y no improve. The toilet also bad in condition. Very disappointed. How come gov. Improve a lot on mosque but not on this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a medical check up and the whole process took one and half hours. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment. I came in first thing that morning and got a slot for the afternoon so I had to come back. I was in with Dr. Jasvin who was excellent and nice. The nurse and the person in the procedure room (forgot to ask for their names!) were also very kind and professional. Would come again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming for appointment at Klinik Ibu & Anak, come early before 8 a.m, number not even called at 10.33 at this time of the writing. But i noticed those whom arrived later get their business done first. Our numbers are no where to be found. How does this work? Just because this is a cheap facilities so we just have to accept it?? Poor management. If you can go to private clinics for check up, just go, its not worth your time waiting here. This is the 2nd time this happened, willing to give them a chance but the same things keep happening. Prime example how tax money not being handled effectively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mistakenly took both our new arrivals to KK Ampang for vaccination and registration, but was directed by a very busy KKM employee to go to KK AU2 instead. Called AU2 immediately and were given a 0900hrs appointment a week later after confirming address.
"0900hrs appointment" only means that you will be given a number during the 9am slot: your turn could well come after 11am, as ours did. Hence, come early to get an early number, regardless of what time slot you were given.
Seating inside and outside to allow social distancing and of course everybody was in face masks. There was a nurse dishing out numbers: MUST ENSURE TO BRING YOUR PINK BOOK AND RELEVANT ACCOMPANYING IMMUNIZATION DOCUMENTATION if that is the reason for your visit.
It was a 3 hour wait, but the nurses were all very helpful, pleasant and professional. After filling in babies's weights and lengths, proceeded to the adjacent room (room #9) to get the jabs.
And that was that: Instructed to come back next month as scheduled in the pink book and that was all that was needed. We will call a week in advance for the follow up appointment again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for check up ipta, the management is so poor. They didn’t call my number after 2 hours , and then i when to the counter just to know that they missed my number. Everyone who came after me finish their check up first The place also are very unsystematic. If you go here for check up make sure you know where to go next or you’ll be sitting in waiting chair for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to RTK to remove band. Appointment said 2:45 pm but ask to come at 2:30 pm. We follow. When come here, no body. 2:45 also nobody. Now almost 3 pm. Still Nobody. Later come, than want to set up la, ini la, itu la. So many people wait like orang bodoh. What is the point of making appointment? Bad and zero management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs there were extremely rude and unfriendly. Came to do a RTK test. They called and asked me to come before 2 as they will start at 2 pm. Staff only attended to us at 2.20 pm. Incredibly useless clinic.
