★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to bank islam putra heights on 13th May 2022 around 930am.Dealt with the front counter lady to get the queue number for opening account asb for kid.She mentioned that opening account for kids is online using portal asnb.I already show her that opening asb account for kid can not be done online based on PNB statement in Portal.However that lady confidenly said kids also can be done tru online.And mention that bank islam dont have any form to opem manually anymore.I just went to nearby hongleong bank and the staff staright gave me form to open kid account.To bank islam putra height,since you are asnb agent u should understand the product thoroughly instead of you put your intern like staff to handle this thing.educate and study the product before tall to customer.or if you dont know,refer to others.dont deserve any star
