Went there twice. Here's my review:
1. Bad customer service.
2. Staff ( a women) with bad communication skills (you know who you are). Dont talk like "makcik bawang". You dont have to be so loud when explaining to people. Not all people can tolerate that. That staff who act like "makcik bawang" when explaining should learn more on how to have good communication skills. Your attitude could tarnished the reputation of BSN Seksyen 7.
3. My advice, maybe that "makcik bawang" staff should learn from a staff (a man) there, how an excellent communication skill should be.

Expecting an improvement from "makcik bawang" staff after this.
If not maybe BSN Seksyen 7's should consider transferring this "makcik bawang" staff somewhere else that suits her " makcik bawang" style. This is is important in order to maintain good reputation of the bank itself.
Most BSN staff's really got low standard of quality and attitude. I dont know why. BSN, improvement needed. No offence.
