 Come to print the kwsp statement only .. even if it takes 5 minutes, you are still not allowed to enter .. tell me to go to another branch anyway .. remember people have a lot of time to go far away ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is slow, didn't update office hours on Google. My issue supposedly can settle over the phone but never picked up when I called. Now wasting time coming here, won't entertain anyone 1 min before closing, problem could be settled in less than 5 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and management. Came to print kwsp statement. Day 1: came and was told I need to make an appointment, even just to use the kiosk. Earliest appointment was next day, so I made it and came back on day 2. Day 2: oh sorry our kwsp kiosk isn't working, try another branch. Another branch means another appointment? Why would the employee not know if a service in the bank is available or not, they should know the kiosk is broken, and tell me that on day 1 itself. Then, I asked if they could contact the other bank and let them know the situation and that im coming to just use their kiosk. "Sorry we can't do that". The end
