This branch has always been open till 11pm , how ever on quite a number of occasions in the last month or so the staff have denied service well before the 11pm closing time. If there is a change please let it reflect on you operating hours on google etc. Also on many occasion's this branch seem's to have no stock of certain flavour's. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream i think is the best value for money in Msia. Have frequented this branch for years. Only reason not 5 star is inconsistency of customer service. Take away even on normal days sometime leaves a lot to be desired. But still have had many good moments here too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an ice cream cake with the Jamaica almond fudge cost RM 135 , the ice cream not smooth and the almond no longer crunchy ...
The ice cream is like last for very long time in the fridge and it taste like frozen ice inside (the texture of the ice cream not smooth) and different taste with the ice cream we tested in the shop ....
Many time visit baskin robbin and this shop make me disappointed with it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back then I wasn’t a big fans of BR but after my sister bought me a BR cake for my birthday last year, I’m in love with them!
Purchased a cake from their Uptown outlet, however, the staff gave me the wrong flavour so I make a feedback to them and their area manager, Mr Sharul came back and offered me another cake; this make me even more in love with BR!
Great cake and great service!!! Keep it up!
