★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is identical compared to the other outlets. I ordered it through grab self pickup method and they notified that my order is ready even though my drink are 5 orders behind the queue. Customer service is below satisfaction and they seemed not to care about the mistakes they have done. Clearly manpower is an issue of this shop, that they cant process high volume orders during peak hours and probably you need to spare some time waiting for their drinks. Considering the price you have to pay in comparison of the competitor's price, I highly recommend people go for other relative option that provides a better service and yet satisfactory drink with a fairly low price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good corner outlet with beautiful seats. Can spend whole day here sitting and enjoying the special design table. To my surprise the ipoh citizens are all civilize enough to dispose their waste after they leave their tables. The overall environment is very clean.
