★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumbersome security especially going into lift area. You can't exit without guard or residents with access cards. Imagine if there's a fire and visitor with no access cards will die in the lift area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained condominium with good security. Location is strategic. It is just after the first Penang bridge and midway between the City and Penang International Airport. Various food and beverage outlets (E-gate) are just in front of the condo with a supermarket across the road.
Recently a newly open Orthodontics/Dental clinic named "Brace Yourself" is located in E-Gate too.
