★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly & warm service. RM80++ for 4 pax (Set B) is well priced and you get to try out a lot of stuff from the steamboat set. The soup is always the best part when taken with vegetables. We came on a Monday, lunch hour. So it wasnt crowded. I am not sure how it is on weekends, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sloooowwwwwww service even when the restaurant is not packed. We waited 30mins just to get the steamboat set. When we asked why is it so long, suddenly the food appear. Sadly staff didnt even bother to apologize. Rude staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff girl very rude and never sorry . The manager also cannot do anything . I ask refill the chicken soup for 5 times i call the waiter . And the she said to me ' baru 2 kali dah nak memekak' very rude the girl . Wearing hijab . Never come here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious , just like a normal steamboat. But I'm reviewing not for the food. It's about the service for every outlet. What I realized that they will never clean up the empty plate. Usually they will clean it up since 2016 if I'm not mistaken. But now they will never ever clean it up even the cleaning station is just beside me. But luckily one of the man do it and just one person but the others like a woman staff, no smile when doing the service
