★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The patty is so juicy, well marinated! You can choose for well done or medium well patty. If you're a first timer, try double animal. My fav is beef bobcat. All burgers come with a drink and fries (you can choose spice on your fries for free). It's available on Grabfood anyway.

But the burger and fries that i get was a cold and the fries stuck together. Not sure how they expect me to eat.
The burger bun was cold. It feels like just took out from the fridge.
I think they forgot to heat it up.
Such a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the Club Chicken and Tornado Grilled Beef burgers. My roast chicken pieces were rather slender and the egg salad was barely a teaspoon's worth. My other half fared better with his grilled Tornado. The beef patty was substantial, juicy and tasty. The cajun fries were nice. You get a can of cold beverage with a set meal, thus no refills. As far as 'gourmet' burgers go, I can think of another franchise that's a better bang for your buck. Still, we might go back to sample the other items on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Gourmet” burger in its true form. I have to say, KGB never disappoints. Definitely one of the top burger joint in my list. Burgers are always fresh and juicy. This is not my first visit, obviously. But since this IOI branch is closer to home, it’s always my go-to when I’m craving for some good burgers. Personally I love the Beef Santa Fe and bobcat bcs I’m into the jalapeño taste. Overall definitely would recommend! Service wise is okay, meets all expectations. Price is reasonable, matches the quality of burgers!
