★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly appalled that there is no statement at the store to emphasise on nor enforcement of mask-on policy at Clark's Mid Valley. How can an entire family of ~8 pax be allowed in with 4 of them pulling their masks down while inside the store?
They should be ejected from the premises for endangering the other customers complying by the rules still in force in there, along with our families.
I know there is nothing the staff can do (which is why I'm giving any stars at all for their effort — they tried asking the family 3x to mask up to no avail) — Clark's MY would need to step up and stand by your staff to help them enforce these rules when there are others in close proximity potentially exposed to COVID through irresponsible customers. This includes your retail staff too.
Please do something and place some signs to help and support your staff with enforcing these policies. Your staff did their best but we will need more to stop other irresponsible shoppers from putting the rest of us at risk. We won't feel safe shopping again at Clark's again otherwise, please. Thanks.
