★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for their trial promo with a girl friend and very disappointed with the service provided. Was told the facial duration is around 45 mins. The consultation was quite brief(around 10 mins, which were fine with us). However there were not enough beauticians around (we actually made advance booking a week beforehand), and both of us were actually sharing the same beautician, hence the facial took way too long time. Normal face cleansing (no extraction), the exact lifting treatment (with some machine) was max 10 minutes, followed by a brief facial massage and after that was put on a after treatment mask thats more than 30 mins?.
Environment wise is quite aged. Cleanliness is an issue for me(was put off by the dirty bowl used).
First trial price was rm98 per person. If you go with another person is additional rm68. The beautician that tended us kept trying to upsell us to another treatment, and i find that is quite off-putting. Personally i feel is a rip off and there are some other better facial centres that offers much better service compared to theirs.
