★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very quick, good and straightforward, no hardsells and unnecessary conversations about how well their product or services is.
Appoinments are strict and not flexible. Rescheduling after an appointment made is not possible, either take it or leave it. If you're late for 15 minutes, staff will not allow you to start the session as it would not be in time for next customer, so they say no to late comers. Hopefully appointment slots can be slightly flexible, try centralizing appointment system for 2 branches (Gardens and BSC).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In term of professionalism yes they are good,but what is the point ?As I am to tired and sick with their appoiment slots .I am the person who always makes a point to call and book appointment 3 or 2 days in advance however the only word you can hear from them all the time is "WE ARE FULLY BOOKED"Like seriously????? If I knew this even before doing my eyebrow embroidery would have not even carry on with the service !!!!Now its a big struggle for me to get my eyebrow style on time,as I am too worried if I go else where will ruin my eyebrow since I invested a lot.I really wonder if they are really fully booked since the outlet is always empty unless you have any other hidden rooms behind which clients cant see.
Aside from all this worst part they don't entertained any walk in customers!!!! and strictly by appoiment.How do you expect your customers to style their eyebrow if its always booked???
When you guys offered the service to me this was not even mention .I am so angry right now since the person who attended my call today sound very rude and not welcoming at all .She also fail to help look for avaiable slots with other outlets and ask me to call them directly,which something new for me since last time they help to check and book slot at Bangsar Village.Come on beauty gene you guys are not charging your clients cheap we are paying 2 to 3 times double than normal price cause we trust your service however end of the day is this how you treat your regular customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to perm my eyelash and quite frankly, I am disappointed with how it turns out as the cost of it was expensive. To add on to that, I have sensitive skin and the cream they used stung my eyelids. The only thing that I love about this place was the interior design and how I was able to make an appointment 20 mins before my actual appointment.
UPDATE: I am getting an infection from the lashes. My eyes are constantly watery and this had never happened to me before.

beautiful high quality silk lashes that lasts up to 3mths, with care.
the lashes were so weightless on eyes & looks natural. sometimes, i even forgot that they are there.
the beauty consultant gave a list of "MUST NOT DO" which i didnt really follow...the lashes stayed on no matter what rules i break.
i rubbed my eyes, sleep on them, went swimming in the sea without goggles, even used oil make up remover occassionally to remove waterproof eye liner (Oil based remover is supposed to be big NO-NO)...but they still held on.
mine lasted a good 2 months with rough handling. im pretty darned amazed with their staying power.
rm100 for 100 lashes promo incredibly worth it... 50 lashes each eye. can choose the style of curve and length you like. or just pick from the lash menu.
the glue didnt sting my sensitive eyes, which was great, as I've tried a few other boutiques previously and they all stung like mad for 5-10mins til the glue dried off.
