The last time (few months ago) my eyebrows were one higher than the other and this time it is one shorter than the other and my skin is burning with tiny cuts all over. So disappointing! I want a refund!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at around 6pm on a weekday, not busy at all with only 1 other customer. Hadn't done threading before so job was practically done as expected with no noticeable issues but attitude of staff could be better ie. did not greet/one word instructions. Brows threading was RM12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to share my experience at beautique salon by glitters at midvalley last Thursday, July 30th.
First of all, would like to give you kudos for the extra step in hygiene - using paper towels, disposable feet filer and nail brush.
About hygiene, I don't understand why customer have to be barefooted at the salon while your staff is walking around with their dirty shoes! That defect the hygiene purpose where customers are required to step on the "contaminated" floor. Doesn't make sense at all.
Would suggest either staff to be barefooted at the salon or allow customers to wear shoes inside the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!! I cried in my car cause I realized how awful it looks. It doesn’t even look the same!! I’m about to go overseas and she did me dirty like this ? the shape is not even the same and she overthin my eyebrows. This really messed up my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a budget so I went for an alternative choice, which is Beautique Salon. It cost me RM14 for eyebrow threading in comparison to RM58 at most other eyebrow shaping shops. I like the result and how it looks. Service was fast and owner was friendly. I recommend Beautique Salon :)
