β β β β β The pharmacy is so easy to find - it is directly opposite of the Section 17 wet market & next to 99 Mart . The shop is bright , clean, spacious and newly renovated. Makes the whole visit so comfortable. I found the pharmacist very attentive, professional and helpful to my inquiries . Though competition for pharmacy is tough here, my best wishes to the staff and keep up the excellent service !

β β β β β I was disappointed with some staffs during my visit on 23 Dec. I wasted about 45 minutes choosing Christmas gifts for my family. My boyfriend and I happen to see an ongoing buy 2 free 1 promotion, and we were excited and started planning together on what to get. My boyfriend specifically asked the sales assistant, and we were reassured twice by two different staffs that we can mix and match, but when we made payment at the counter, the promotion wasn't applied and even the cashier staff said that the supplier allowed mix and match. Two of the staffs at the cashier seemed puzzled, and we waited for about 10 minutes while they try to get confirmation from senior staff (I assumed).
After wasting our time waiting and after numerous reassurances from multiple staffs, a pharmacist came to the cashier and informed the staff the promotion doesn't allow mix and match. All the staffs were very apologetic but still it's a waste of our time no doubt but all we get was disappointment. What triggered me so much was the unmatched promise. There wasn't any additional clause on the mix and match promotion. Please do not mislead your customer by not being precise.
