They provide free lifetime polishing service for their goods, just bring yours and let them clean and make it shine again. Staff is polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a wallet for my sister for her birthday. The buffalo icon fell off after just less than few weeks. Being a braun buffel fan more than a decade, this is so disappointing and embarassing. Quality just not as good as before. We wrote to the customer care centre and was given goodwill exchange. Sister went to the same store in sunway pyramid for replacement. The staff was not only unhelpful, the plump saleslady rudely told my sister that it is because she is not careful and handle the wallet roughly and worse than a guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed the sales girls name "Anis". She was irresponsibility sales girl. I just bought a pouch today. After I made payment, she told me she went to washroom for a while and will help me to wrap the goft.She call me to collect back my thing later. 15 minutes later I went back to the shop i saw she serving another customer and put my gift a side. When I question her why haven wrap my gift still can serve another customer?She still confidently told me Braun Buffel shop only have two staff to work so i need to wait again. Is it reasonable to give a customer to wait for 30 minutes plus to buy a gift?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my 10 year old wallet for the so called lifetime cleaning service but they didn’t clean it at all. Picked up 2 days later with it still looking the same stains and dirt. It was a sentimental item for me. If they thought i wasn’t a purchasing customer, they’re wrong cuz i sent my brother to buy a wallet for my dad earlier this month. Bad service. I do not recommend purchasing here.
