★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No more HLB, apply credit card 20 days didn't arrive and ask me pick up at setapak branch. Request FD withdrawal, confirmed by Help Center to come over setapak branch for withdrawal, when arrived, their branch replied me not yet ready.
If communication cannot do well, don't ask your client come here and there, you are wasting people time.
Deactivate HLB account better. Try Maybank or UOB?
