β β β β β Chocolate drink was an absolute disappointment; I think mamak drinks are better. When we questioned this, the waitress, a Filipino staff was rude to us and spoke to us in denial. People are not paying RM12.50 for something you can do at home. This place needs to up the quality of drinks; F&B is all about quality and consistency. Calamari rings on the other hand were tasty.

β β β β β I hope the owners/managers take this review as best as possible because I'm not trying to disturb your business but I have to be brutally honest if you want to improve.
I came on a Friday evening with friends for a quick teatime snack. Ordered fish&chips, havana pizza & iced chocolate. The ice chocolate doesn't taste good at all. Too sweet without the rich chocolate texture you would expect from a bar at Arkadia. Might I say even worst than a Milo ice at a nearby mamak. Please use proper chocolate powder if you want to charge RM12.50 for it. Havana pizza, dough is store-bought, flaky and dry because its not dough, its pita bread. No issue with the pizza toppings. Fish&chips, dry. So dry. Fish is frozen & store-bought, not made fresh in-house. Fries, good, crispy, flavourful, but the fish ruined the dinner. I paid RM45 for the drink, fish&chips and a shared pizza.
The staff are friendly but...too friendly, sometimes we just wished you left us alone or act normal around us, but this I forgive since they are still a newly opened restaurant. We had 3 sets of utensils on the table when we sat down, the staff bought over another 3 sets when we ordered, and another 1 full set when my friend asked for only a knife. So we had like 7-8 sets of utensils on the table by the end of our meal. Decor is tacky like from the 2010's, please hire an interior designer. In a nutshell, I think you have many things to work on if you want to continue opening your restaurant, goodluck and all the best. (btw I won't be visiting sting anytime soon) Beer is RM28/pint 300ml only

β β β β β A cozy and nice place to unwind. Friendly service with a nice selection of food and drinks. Would recommend this place for any occasion. Just walk in and they greet you with a smile and very warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place.

need a better liveband to perform, beer quality is bad using beers in the jug inside the fridge to mixed with the newly tap beer to serve, when ask where is the manager the staff inform manager not available.

β β β β β came with my colleague the other day to drink kilkenny and guinness draught both beer taste water down, flat, like drinking drinks with no taste. bad music choice, food taste so so only. Sorry I am not trying to ruin your business just that there is more improvement can be done. I don't think I will come again.

β β β β β Bulls Barn has been a new spot in the heart of Plaza Arkadia. Speaking on my personal experience, dining in this outlet for about 15-20 times since its opening, I definitely need to be brutally honest with its fantastic customer service. I would rate it 10/10. Speaking about the ambience, it's a perfect place to chill with a group of friends. Happy Hours are a perfect deal. 10 mugs for RM 99 is very reasonable. They have some fantastic sides as well. I love the calamary rings and french fries. A place you will definitely enjoy!

β β β β β on my last weekend visit we have ordered guinness and the quality of the beer is rather bad/no taste/stale. we chatted with the staff and this restaurant & bar is just 3-4months in operation, we ask for the manager and the answer manager is not in. After we finished our drinks we went to other bar and we ordered the same drinks again which is guinness and the taste of te beer is so fresh compared to the ones that we drank earlier.

β β β β β Went around 2pm..not many customer. But the food took forever to come. Food presentation look nice but taste really bland. The chicken chop and peri peri chicken basically got no taste..the black pepper and peri peri sauce taste just didn't make the chicken taste any better .
