I was at Coffee Bean wanting to do a take away on their cakes
There were 2 female staff busy and I stood there to wait for them to come over.
A male staff passed by and signaled to them that i was waiting for service
They made eye contact but continued their work
After a few minutes a couple walked up and one of them came over to serve them
I walked up to her and asked why she was so rude to ignore me
She mumbled something I couldn’t understand but I walked away

The staff ignored us and served another couple in front of the cashier although we arrived first.
Customer service desperately requires improvement big time:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were quite early to the Mall. And we stopped for breakfast here. The place is still quiet and not busy.
I had a hot Cappucino and the jalapeno bagel. The bagel is cut and toasted nicely. It comes with the cream cheese and it tastes wonderful. I love it here at this time and will definitely patronise the place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far good service, friendly staff, cozy seating area with a good view of the ice rink which adds to the dining experience. Good cleanliness; tables are cleared and are not left with empty cups / dishes , overall a good spot to have a quick coffee break and chill. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the Ultimate (vanilla with whipped cream). RM16.90 but totally worth every penny! Really delicious but it was reaaaaally sweet. But I like sweet things so it didn't matter that much to me hahahah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chicken mushroom spaghetti & hot green sencha tea because I don’t drink coffee haha. But they didn’t have the green tea. They recommended genmaicha tea and said the taste is good and the bitterness is mild so I agreed. I wiki-ed “genmaicha” and it said that long long time ago in Japan, the addition of brown rice reduces the price of the tea because it’s not pure tea so that poorer Japanese can buy it. But look at the price for a cup of this genmaicha tea now ? The ambience is good as not many people were there on weekday and it faces ice rink. It’s quite noisy but if you don’t mind to do your work in this kind of environment, it should be fine and comfy.
Taste: ⭐️⭐️ (spaghetti) & ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ (tea)
Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (spaghetti - RM19.81 & a cup of tea - RM9.05)
Ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Not many people as I was there on weekday and it faced the ice rink)
