★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff,no bell boy to help you carry your bag to the room,toddler's pool not suitable for toddlers at all,no shower or at least wash area after you went to the beach.Just basic room with the basic need and the room is quite smelly because the sink is outside the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it's not too bad. Sure there was some problems, but hey, they try their best to rectify it. And it's beside the beach, and the food was nice. And not too far from kuantan. So yeah. This place is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked beach villa for 2 nights.. we arrive late at night & the villa was overbooked.. a front office name Ami try to scam us with a free "upgrade" to a smaller room nowhere near beach.. but have no other option since i got small baby with me & it was already late to look for another hotel (after half an hour arguing).. breakfast buffet was so-so.. nothing much to choose from.. no refill(its only 8am).. juices are made from cheap cordial and coffee are bad.. and it getting worse on the next day.. pool are dirty.. full of sand and leaves.. beach has cow poop evrywhre..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Good beds. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast. Good swim in the sea. High prices in the weekend. No negotiation possible about the price in my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this place is it's location. On a nice beach, near lots of cheap restaurants. But it all ends there! The resort itself is a total wreck! A haven for mosquitos, bed bugs, dirty toilets, mossed-up walls, dirty drapes.... the list goes on and on and on.... 5 minutes in, we just wanna leave. Not recommended for family with little kids as this place can give you dengue fever!

Heard that the management has changed, hence the new name. From what I've seen through pics posted here, they've changed a lot. Kudos! I will be visiting some time sooner. So for now I'm changing my 1Star to 3Stars. Maybe more when I go there in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New refurbished resort. Nice and clean room. Check in fast and easy. Parking space a bit limited however seems they are setting up more parking space. Beach is near by and pool is available. Easy accessible from main road/hiway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful beach with nice waves. Hotel is clean and new. Staff are friendly and helpful, gave us free coconuts that they just harvested. Will definitely come back again.

not worth the money spent.
pros:
1) next to the beach
cons:
1) sink outside of toilet and right after room entrace. floor easily get wet. clash with people who wants to come in and out.
2) plug to use for kettle also at the sink. everything was concentrated at the sink. very very bad room design and layout.
3) not many people staying at the place at that time but still we got the room with staff room view with all clothes hanging. same like no view at all and on top of that no privacy at all cause the staff room is to near.
