★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and kind. Spacious rooms. The pool was maintained well and the spa treatment (Balinese massage) was awesome. Clean beach and the activities like jet ski and ATV added to the excitement. Great resort for the family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an OK experience overall. Nice quiet location and huge beach area. Cleanliness is OK. A bit old but not rundown. Well maintained. Service is a bit slow when occupancy was high. Improved the next few days when occupancy reduced. Price was a bit high. Probably due to peak season but still, high in my view for what I was getting. Worth going back if the price is appropriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was a little old fashion but clean and nice. Within walking distance to the beach which we enjoyed. There are many activities available too especially for kids. Hospitality was great. Swimming pool was huge and that was the best part of this hotel in my opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's super peak season. Crazy busy. Your staff work long hours and yet always with smiles on their faces. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.
The one thing which impressed us the most during our stay is your lifeguards. The only lifeguards we have met who really do their job. Very alert especially in watching the kids pool safety. Witnessed a kid who went into the adult pool today & one of your selfless staff straight away jumped in to pull him out. He rescued a life - kudos to him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location, best place to stay with children but rooms not very clean and pots used for buffet are also very dirty. They clean and sanitize swimming pool and children’s play area 3 to 4 times a day which is the best thing. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it could be more enjoyable if they improve cleanliness inside rooms and serve buffet or meals in clean pots.

For improvement I would like to suggest;
1) To provide tag or label on table to differentiate whether costumer still using the table for dining or already complete their meal. In this way, hotel may avoid wastage of food in case staff are cleaning the table while costumer still not complete their meal.
2) Appreciate if can provide sandal/slipper every day not every trip to hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great. The hotel has a private beach and is well taken care of. We booked premier deluxe room which has sea view and the view is absolutely stunning. It just that, during breakfast, we had a long queue. We even switch to other breakfast place provided by the hotel, but the food is not quickly refill when its finished, and its only 9 am. Other than that, the place is all good. Will repeat next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice n cozy. The hospitality & services 10/10. Staffs very polite n helpful. Thank you for helping heating up my 10m old daughter’s food during breakfast n keeping my husband bags safe. I left it in the diner during breakfast then forget bout it.
Only 4 star because the fridge in my room had odour. I think previous guest store seafood inside it.
