★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hasnul saved our dearest Dragon.
We had a really complex case, the diagnosis both online from international research and Dragon's response to the medications, his background with FIV/Fevl and several other factors all gave a very negative outlook.
It was a long and 'bloody' battle with Sporotrichosis. When we found our way to Dr Hasnul, he had clarity on what approaches would work for our specific case, each case can differ so there were no guarantees and to be honest after such a long battle we were prepared (as much as we could!) for the worst.
However with the guidance, tailored treatment, along with the grace of the heavens! Dr Hasnul saved our dear Dragon, and in the process we learnt so much about how to be better partners to our dearest Dragon.
Right now Dragon is wrapped up in our bed, happy, healthy and alive. We cherish every extra day we have with him. What a gift, thank you guys so much for not 'just doing your job' but going beyond the call of duty to save precious life.
It breaks my heart to see but here is Dragon before and after. What a difference. Dr Hasnul is a special vet and person, thankfully we had a chance for engaging such a great service. Our vet for life.
A life on the streets of Malaysia is no life for a cat, so everyone be glad to know, Dragon along with many of his pals are now a permanent indoor members of the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Arab guy receptionist is unprofessional when I appointed through phone for neutering surgery. When I arrived at the clinic, waited for almost an hour and half, only the Dr said no surgery can be performed on that day. Then the Arab guy explained as I came in for consultation only, but in fact I have said clearly for surgery. RM50 consultation fee for nothing.

I wanted to bring in a stray cat which has been roaming around my housing area, I finally managed to capture her today , and since it's Sunday I could spare time to take her to the vet. I understand that most vets are very busy and don't take in walk-in, (most vets I called can not accommodate this). But Heshmael made the exception, after explain to them how hard it was to capture a stray cat. I was asked to bring the cat immediately and they make the necessary arrangement. So grateful for this, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rescued two abandoned kittens and brought them to Hershmael Clinic, as per my friend’s recommendation. The receptionist was so helpful and informative, I have nothing but praises for him. Also, thank you to the vet for taking such good care of the kittens - she was incredibly lovely and skilled at her job. The kittens are now healthy and thriving, and we owe that to Hershmael Clinic.
