This is the most helpful and friendly celcom. The phone I wanted was out of stock so they put me on waitlist. As soon as it came they called me. I went to other celcom stores earlier and am still waiting for a call.

Was there at the Celcom bluecube the Garden's Mall on the 27/6/21 in the afternoon, was greeted and attended by Cik Norlaila bt Abdul Rafa , we really appreciate the kind and informative person she was indeed very helpful and we were very satisfied ..keep up the good customer services......gratefully appreciated

Waited a while the first visit as there were too many people and there isn’t a queue system. Came back second visit and I was serviced by one of the friendliest staff ever. Very helpful and cheerful lady guided me on the plans and options. I decided to port into celcom (although I did the application at another branch nearer to home). Keep up the service!

I have problem in getting internet for months despite my account is up to date and my data has more than enough. I went to the branch in Sunway Pyramid, all they can do is change my SIM card, which I was right to know it's not going to work. For family plan that I commit, with 2 supplementary lines that out of KL that my old parents are using, I can't go back and change telco until the lockdown is lifted. Because of that, I hated Celcom sooooo much, I felt so frustrated for rm200 paying every month for nothing, I felt so angry when I tried to contact call centre but they're so terrible, worst in the world tbh. Today, the visit to Celcom is definitely worth it. Fatin has done fantastic job to solve mny problem immediately. She's very knowledgeable and full with patience. My experience has totally changed and I decided to stay a little bit longer, although I still think the call centre or whoever answering chat in social media should be removed; letting people walk into the store and speak to the expertise like Fatin might save you some customers.

I went to this blue cube to change my celcom plan where I was told by the staff that the lowest plan that I could change is RM40 but the plan is actually RM80 and I was charged with this amount in my bill. I’m so disappointed with this and will change to other telco tomorrow.

The attending staff did not show professionalism. We were asking in details about the phone and the Celcom line details (as we planned to change 2 new phones) and there’s one guy came over and interrupt and she straight attending to that guy. It’s poor mannerism and rude. Celcom never trained their staffs on this? Shame on you celcom

Quite huge Celcom bluecube store in The Gardens shopping mall. However, only limited staffs working here during peak hours causing long queue. Their service was pleasant and efficient. Environment is relaxing and cozy.
