โ โ โ โ โ Really disappointed with their service, i was sending my saffiano tote to repair side button all the way from penang on 20/12/2017 and was told will be ready in 3-4 months, it was totally fine with me until i called today and find out my bag is ready to collect since january 2018, the guy answering call insist they text me earlier but i didnt receive any, i am still fine with it till he told me the bag will only keep for a year before they dispose if no one collect, is anyone can accept these words came out from Prada? They dont even have responsibility to get acknowledgement from customer during inform and no apology given at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Just called to this branch yesterday enquire some products avaibility at store. A female staff answered the call and she was lack of customer service skill and being rude and irresponsible while she answered my questions. Bad customer service experience with this store. So lousy. Please provide more training to those sales staff to meet the standard of greeting and service the customer.
