★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking management owned by Syarikat Kemajuan Perumahan Negara Sdn Bhd is so useless. My company never misses to pay the season parking fee on time, but the staffs always too lazy to update the payment in their system, then decide to block my access card. My card was blocked 3 times in a period of 7 months renting the parking despite the proof of payment was given and payment was made on time every month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. The interior with the garden and the swimming pool are superb. But the maintenance need to upgrade. The ambience here are superb - birds chipping, squirrel, green trees, very quite - like on vacation in suburban area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All factors included this is by far the best condo I have lived in in KL (Location, Quality, Residents, etc.).
You get an awesome community that really cares about the place - so althought it is considered an older condo it is maintained very well, it's clean and looks and feels like high quality.
The units are usually duplex or triplex. They might be smaller than your usual KL apartment but every unit has its own charm which makes up for the space - and less space is the perfect reason to finally declutter your household anyways! ;)
Lots of green and secluded spaces to relax, undwind or a quick workout. Also great pool.
Plenty of shopping and entertainment nearby (The Sphere & Nexus are walkable and MidValley is just a short car ride away).
