★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management, who are rude and aggressive in their manner do not resolve issues truthfully. gym closed without aircon often. The lift often breaks down. Ceilng n recreation area has fallen through. Pool chairs left to get black marks on them. The nursery is just an empty room and book room is bare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPATS BEWARE! The pictures are deceiving, and I noticed that there are no pictures of the ceiling damage. If you are not used to life in Malaysia, you will suffer at Inwood Residences! The security guards are incompetent and are not fluent in English or Mandarin. You should be prepared to speak Bahasa Malaysia. The building has suffered from neglect; the recreation area ceiling has collapsed on THREE separate occasions. The water is contaminated with little red worms. The sewage backs up every few weeks. The tiny gym and meeting room are only open for a few hours a day (even before COVID-19) because the security guards lose the keys or refuse to arrive in a timely fashion. The gym air conditioning is broken or not useable. Cats are allowed to live in the common areas, and the guards feed them every day. Cat feces appears in the parking garage on a regular basis. There is no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways, so be prepared to sweat! The open-air design allows rain water to collect in the hallways. The floor is always dangerously slippery, and moss grows on the tiles. A strong odor emerges from the floor drains because the plumbing was poorly designed. You will not sleep because the mosque is ONLY about 1000 feet from the property. The music is deafening. I cannot find anything good to say about the management company. St*eph*ani*e (probably not her real name) and Z*a*i (also not a real name) refuse to acknowledge payments, and they don't respond to questions in a timely manner. Remember, you have to pay a RM1000 move-in deposit! However, if you own a Porsche, they will be happy to assist you. My key card was broken, and I was unable to drive my vehicle into the property for 24 hours because the security guards refused to open the automatic gate (They knew who I was! I politely greeted them every morning), and Zai refused to tell the guards to do their job. Think before committing to a long-term deal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly advise against living here. There is at least 4 hours a day of very noisy drilling. It’s impossible to get any peace. Don’t live here if you plan to spend any amount of time here during the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great condo. I don't know what the unhappy reviewers were talking about but I think the JMB is quite up to the mark. Clean, well designed and maintained. Very airy with cooling winds. Not to mention a great view of the forest reserve.
